User of any Flight Commerce website or software must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
User will not use any Flight Commerce website or software in a manner that violates user’s agreements with third parties.
Prohibited Activities
Use of Flight Commerce technology to support pyramid or ponzi schemes, or other “get rich quick” schemes.
Use of Flight Commerce technology in a manner that infringes or violates any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.
Use of Flight Commerce technology to acquire, store or distribute any individual’s personal information without appropriate authorization.
Use of Flight Commerce technology to commit fraud or theft.
